Ester Vines was born in Chile, at a young age she developed the abilities for drawing and painting, making her winner of numerous contests at a school level.
Under the surveillance of her Art teacher she discovered her love for art.
From then on she has been practicing and improving her skills in different painting techniques.
Native of Temuco- Araucaniaʼs Region she is interested in showing thru her paintings the Cosmo vision of the Mapuche people, their culture, their connection to the spirit world and their continuing struggle for keeping their culture and traditions alive, their lands and the native forest."
